1130 is a holiday created by cannabis industry professionals for the cannabis industry. In 2021, hundreds of professionals gathered at the DIZPOT headquarters in Phoenix to celebrate the first-ever 1130 cannabis holiday.

The idea was created by company co-founders John Hartsell and Jeff Scrabeck, who combined the dates of two renowned cannabis holidays, 420 and 710. Of course, 420 is one of the oldest holidays dedicated to cannabis flower, celebrated by consumers everywhere, and 710 is a holiday specific to cannabis oil. When added together, 420 plus 710 equals 1130!

Co-founder and COO Jeff Scrabeck said, “DIZPOT made history at the first 1130 celebration by creating a new cannabis holiday and hosting an epic get-together to celebrate cannabis culture and community. We plan to do the same this year and think the festivities will be even better the second time around!”
